This site is operated by Scales Parfum, California. You can reach the house at scalesparfum@gmail.com. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Our fragrances

Scales Parfum creates original fragrances. Any brand or fragrance names are mentioned for descriptive comparison only, are trademarks of their respective owners, and do not imply affiliation with or endorsement by them. Images are artistic renderings, and the finished bottle, label and color may vary slightly.

Fragrance is for external use only. Stop using it if irritation occurs.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and are confirmed at checkout. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We may correct errors in price or description, and if an item cannot be supplied we will refund you in full.

Shipping

We ship within the United States only, by ground, because perfume contains alcohol. Every order includes $12.99 ground shipping; each additional 30 mL bottle adds $5. Every order is made to order and ships within 3–5 business days, then arrives in about 2–5 business days by ground—about 1–2 weeks total.

All sales are final

Instead of a conventional return, Switch-It-Up lets you return your bottle and choose a new scent for $7 + $12.99 shipping & handling. Shipping & returns

Lifetime refills

Mail your empty Scales bottle to the house by ground, at your own postage, with your refill card. The house refills the same scent free and ships it back; you pay $12.99 return shipping & handling. Switching scent or replacing a broken bottle costs $7 + $12.99 shipping & handling. The refill ritual

A bottle broken on arrival

Write to scalesparfum@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the bottle and packaging. Do not mail loose broken glass.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

Changes

We may update these terms; the version on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
