What we collect
When you order, our payment processor, Stripe, collects your name, email, phone number, shipping address and payment details. The house receives your order, contact and shipping details; we never see or store your full card number.
When you write to us through the contact form, we keep your name, email and message. When you join our letters, we keep your email address.
Your bag is remembered in your own browser (local storage) so it is still there when you return. We do not use advertising cookies.
How we use it
To prepare, ship and support your order and refills, to reply to your messages, and, if you asked, to send letters from the house. We do not sell or rent your personal information.
Who helps us
Stripe processes payments. Hostinger hosts this site and stores orders and form messages. Carriers such as USPS and UPS, and our shipping label provider, receive the details needed to deliver your parcel. Fonts are served by Google Fonts. Each handles data under its own privacy policy.
Your choices
To see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop receiving letters, write to scalesparfum@gmail.com. We keep order records as long as needed for accounting, tax and lifetime refills.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will appear on this page with a new effective date. Questions are welcome at scalesparfum@gmail.com.
