Time & passage

Every order is made to order and ships within 3–5 business days, then arrives in about 2–5 business days by ground—about 1–2 weeks total. Every order includes $12.99 ground shipping; each additional 30 mL bottle adds $5. Perfume contains alcohol, so orders and return bottles travel within the US by ground only. Use USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground for returns.

A change of scent

All sales are final. Instead of a conventional return, use Switch-It-Up: return the bottle and choose a new scent for $7 plus $12.99 shipping & handling.

The refill ledger

If a bottle arrives broken

Write to scalesparfum@gmail.com within 7 days of arrival with a photo of the bottle and packaging. Keep the packaging while the house reviews the issue. Do not send loose broken glass.

Pack a return with care

1. Secure the cap and place the bottle in a sealed bag.
2. Wrap it in cushioning and pack it snugly in a sturdy box.
3. Include your refill card with your order or refill number.
4. Send by ground only, at your own postage. Tell the carrier it is a returned perfume bottle and follow its packing and labeling instructions.
