Include your refill card
Fill in your refill card with your order or refill number, and choose the same scent or a new one, so the house can identify your bottle.
Send by ground only
Use USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground. Tell the carrier the parcel contains a returned perfume bottle; follow its packing and labeling instructions. You pay the postage to send it in.
For a broken bottle, write to scalesparfum@gmail.com before sending anything. Do not mail loose broken glass.

How long will my order take?
Every order is made to order and ships within 3–5 business days, then arrives in about 2–5 business days by ground—about 1–2 weeks total. Every order includes $12.99 ground shipping; each additional 30 mL bottle adds $5.
What does a refill cost?
A same-scent refill is free; return shipping & handling is $12.99. Switching scent or replacing a broken bottle is $7 plus $12.99 shipping & handling.
Who pays to mail the bottle in?
You do. Pack it safely and send it to us with your refill card; we cover the refill.
Why must bottles travel by ground?
Perfume contains alcohol. Return bottles must be sent by ground only, using USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground.
