ONCE AN ORDER IS PLACED, IT CANNOT BE CHANGED, MODIFIED, OR CANCELLED.
Please make sure your fragrance selection, quantity, billing information, and shipping address are correct before completing your purchase.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including suspected fraud, payment problems, pricing errors, misuse of our programs, unauthorized resale, or other legitimate business reasons.
2. PRICES & AVAILABILITY
Prices, fragrances, promotions, product descriptions, packaging, and availability may change without notice.
We're continually adding new fragrances to the Scales Parfum™ collection. Fragrances may also occasionally become temporarily unavailable, changed, or discontinued.
We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue a product, fragrance, offer, or promotion.
3. PRODUCT IMAGES & PACKAGING DISCLAIMER
PRODUCT IMAGES ARE FOR ILLUSTRATION AND PRESENTATION PURPOSES.
We make every reasonable effort to accurately represent our products. However, actual bottles, labels, caps, atomizers, packaging, colors, finishes, printing, and other presentation details may differ from photographs, illustrations, or images shown on our website or advertising.
From time to time, we may change bottles, labels, atomizers, caps, packaging, or other components because of product improvements, availability of materials, supplier changes, or updates to our designs.
Minor differences in packaging or appearance do not mean that you received the wrong product and do not affect our All Sales Final policy.
4. FRAGRANCE DISCLAIMER
Fragrance is personal.
The same fragrance can smell, develop, project, and last differently from one person to another because of factors such as skin chemistry, environment, application, and individual perception.
Fragrance notes, scent profiles, descriptions, performance information, comparisons, and similar statements are provided to help describe our products. Individual experiences may vary.
Please review product information before use. Avoid contact with eyes and other sensitive areas. Keep fragrance products away from flames, excessive heat, and other ignition sources.
Discontinue use if irritation or an adverse reaction occurs.
Customers are responsible for determining whether a product is appropriate for their personal use, subject to applicable law.
5. FREE REFILLS FOREVER™
This is what makes Scales Parfum™ different.
When your Scales Parfum™ bottle is empty, send it back and we'll refill it with the same fragrance FREE.

You pay only the applicable Shipping & Handling.
Your Scales Parfum™ bottle must be returned to receive your free refill.
FOR PERSONAL USE ONLY
Free Refills Forever™ is intended for the personal enjoyment of the original customer.
The program may not be used for resale, commercial purposes, supplying fragrance to others, or any activity intended to profit from or take unfair advantage of the program.
Please do not intentionally pour out, discard, transfer, or otherwise waste fragrance simply to obtain additional free refills.
The program is simple:
Enjoy your fragrance. Use it normally. When it's empty, we'll refill it.
If we reasonably believe Free Refills Forever™ is being abused—including intentional waste, unusually excessive refill requests, resale, commercial use, fraud, or other misuse—we reserve the right to limit, suspend, or cancel that customer's refill privileges.
Free refill privileges may not be sold, transferred, duplicated, or used to operate or supply a fragrance resale business.
Fragrances are subject to availability. If your fragrance becomes unavailable or is discontinued, you may select another fragrance that is currently available.
Treat the program fairly, and we'll keep the fragrance coming.™
6. SWITCH IT UP!™
Don't love your fragrance—or just ready for something different?
SWITCH IT UP!™
Send your Scales Parfum™ bottle back and choose any other fragrance featured or listed on our website for only $7.99, plus applicable Shipping & Handling.
When you change fragrances, we provide a new bottle and new atomizer because fragrance residue from your previous scent could mix with or affect your new fragrance.
NEW BOTTLE. NEW ATOMIZER. NEW FRAGRANCE. $7.
Switch It Up!™ is part of our fragrance program. It is not a refund or traditional merchandise exchange.
Prices and program terms are subject to change for future transactions.
7. ALL SALES ARE FINAL
For hygiene, safety, cross-contamination prevention, and product integrity, all fragrance sales are final.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT TRADITIONAL RETURNS OR ISSUE REFUNDS, EXCEPT WHERE REQUIRED BY LAW.
This also helps protect our customers. When you receive a fragrance from Scales Parfum™, you can feel confident that your bottle has not previously been used, returned, and placed back into inventory for resale.
If you simply don't love the fragrance you selected, you're not stuck with it. Use our Switch It Up!™ program and choose something different.
If we send you an incorrect item or your order arrives damaged, please contact us promptly so we can review the problem and determine the appropriate solution.
Please keep damaged merchandise, the shipping box, shipping label, and packaging materials until the issue has been resolved. We may request photographs or other reasonable information to verify the problem.
Our Refund & Return Policy is incorporated into these Terms.
8. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Perfume is different from ordinary merchandise.
Alcohol-based fragrances are regulated for transportation and may require special packaging, labeling, handling, and approved ground transportation.
These requirements may make fragrance more expensive to ship and may result in longer delivery times than ordinary products.
These transportation requirements are not unique to Scales Parfum™. Companies legally shipping alcohol-based fragrances must comply with applicable transportation and carrier requirements.
Shipping and delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Once an order has been accepted by the shipping carrier, Scales Parfum™ cannot control delays caused by the carrier, weather, holidays, transportation restrictions, service interruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.
Original Shipping & Handling charges are non-refundable once an order has shipped, except where required by law or when an error was made by Scales Parfum™.
Our Shipping & Delivery Policy is incorporated into these Terms.
9. DESIGNER & BRAND DISCLAIMER
SCALES PARFUM™ IS AN INDEPENDENT FRAGRANCE COMPANY.
Any designer names, fragrance names, trademarks, or other third-party brand references appearing on our website, product descriptions, advertising, or other materials are used only to identify and describe fragrance inspiration or scent comparisons.
Scales Parfum™ is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, licensed by, or associated with any designer brand or fragrance house referenced on our website.
All third-party trademarks, fragrance names, and brand names are the property of their respective owners.
References to third-party fragrances are not intended to imply that our products are made by, approved by, or originate from those companies.
10. WEBSITE USE
Our website may be used only for lawful purposes.
You may not:
• Use our website or programs for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.
• Interfere with the operation or security of our website.
• Submit false, fraudulent, or misleading information.
