That's why all fragrance sales are final. We do not accept traditional returns or issue refunds, except where required by law.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDER?

That's different.

If your fragrance arrives damaged or we sent you the wrong item, please contact us promptly so we can review the problem and make it right.

Please keep the fragrance, bottle, shipping box, shipping label, and all packaging materials. We may request photographs or other reasonable information to verify the problem.

Please do not discard damaged merchandise or packaging until the issue has been resolved.
